ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อิทธิฤทธิ์ วงศ์ไชย ผู้แทนทีมวิจัย PBL-R เข้าร่วมสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการหัวข้อ “China-Southeast Asia Sustainable Development Workshop” โดยมีอาจารย์ นักวิจัย และนักศึกษาปริญญาเอกจากประเทศในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้และจีนให้ความสนใจเข้าร่วม ณ มหาวิทยาลัย Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool (XJTLU) เมืองซูโจว มณฑลเจียงซู สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ระหว่างวันที่ 19 – 22 ตุลาคม 2567
การสัมมนาครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นโดย Young Scholars Initiative (YSI) ร่วมกับภาควิชาการวางผังเมืองและออกแบบ มหาวิทยาลัย Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool มุ่งสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างประเทศในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้และจีน พร้อมสนับสนุนความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ โดยเปิดโอกาสให้นักวิจัยทั้งรุ่นใหม่และรุ่นเก่านำเสนอผลงาน รับฟังข้อเสนอแนะ และสร้างเครือข่ายวิจัยระหว่างผู้ที่มีความสนใจในหัวข้อคล้ายคลึงกัน
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการอภิปรายหลากหลายประเด็นสำคัญ อาทิ การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและนโยบายรัฐบาลระหว่างจีนและเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ผลกระทบของโครงการ “หนึ่งแถบหนึ่งเส้นทาง” (Belt and Road Initiative) ต่อการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานในภูมิภาค การเติบโตของห่วงโซ่มูลค่าระดับภูมิภาค การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมข้ามพรมแดน การจัดการทรัพยากรอย่างยั่งยืนในอุตสาหกรรมการสกัด และบทบาทของเมืองอัจฉริยะในกระบวนการพัฒนาเมืองอย่างยั่งยืน
PBL-R Research Team Representative Attends China-Southeast Asia Seminar to Strengthen Cooperation in Sustainable Development
Assistant Professor Dr. Itthirit Wongchai, representing the PBL-R research team, participated in the “China-Southeast Asia Sustainable Development Workshop” held at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) in Suzhou, Jiangsu, People’s Republic of China, from October 19 to 22, 2024. The workshop attracted academics, researchers, and doctoral students from Southeast Asia and China.
Organized by the Young Scholars Initiative (YSI) in collaboration with the Department of Urban Planning and Design at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, the seminar aimed to foster positive relations between Southeast Asian nations and China, support academic cooperation, and encourage knowledge exchange. The event provided a platform for researchers—both emerging and established—to present their work, receive constructive feedback, and build research networks with peers of similar interests.
The seminar covered a wide array of critical topics, including economic development and government policies between China and Southeast Asia, the impact of the “Belt and Road Initiative” on regional infrastructure development, the growth of regional value chains, transboundary environmental management, sustainable resource management in extractive industries, and the role of smart cities in promoting sustainable urban development.
